Systems Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, maintain, and enhance systems, applications, and technological solutions aimed at optimizing departmental processes.

• Create new functionalities and carry out corrective and evolutionary maintenance on current systems.

• Ensure seamless integration of systems, databases, and corporate platforms to facilitate efficient information flow.

• Develop and sustain dashboards, metrics, and Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI and similar tools.

• Utilize Power Platform and Low-Code platforms for application development.

• Automate workflows through scripts, macros, spreadsheets, and other processes.

• Collect requirements from business units, analyze requests, and suggest technological solutions.

• Map, assess, and enhance processes, contributing to digital transformation efforts.

• Produce technical documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals for systems.

• Manage and organize databases, digital libraries, and document repositories.

• Offer user support, troubleshoot incidents, guide tool utilization, and conduct training sessions.

• Assist technology projects from planning to deployment and performance monitoring.

• Maintain records, controls, and connections between corporate systems.

• Participate in enhancing usability, performance, and security for developed solutions.

• Engage with technologies and languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, Python, Angular, Git, GitLab, and both relational and non-relational databases.

• Undertake additional responsibilities that align with the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, Control and Automation Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable program accredited by the Ministry of Education.

• A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in roles similar to the job's scope.

• Ideally, a candidate with 2 (two) years of experience in technology and dashboard/panel development. Experience with full-stack web system development including Java (with Spring) or Python (Django), Angular, React Native, JNode, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SMART, Feature-Driven Development – FDD) is preferred.

• Proficient knowledge of Excel.

• Advanced expertise in Power BI and SharePoint.

• Understanding of VBA.

• Experience in developing BW queries.

• Familiarity with creating SAP scripts.

• Proficient in programming languages: C#, AJAX, jQuery, Angular, VBA, SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python.
