• **Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare and manage system deployments.
• Monitor, assign, and resolve systemic incidents in production environments.
• Collaborate with the development team to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement.
• Refactor system functionalities to mitigate technical debt and elevate performance.
• Sustain legacy systems.
• Completed degree or currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Java 8+ development.
• Over 4 years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Experience in developing APIs with a robust understanding of REST architecture.
• Familiarity with programming best practices, including Clean Code and refactoring techniques.
• Expertise in relational databases with advanced SQL knowledge.
• Experience using messaging systems like RabbitMQ, Artemis/ActiveMQ, and/or Kafka.
• Proficient with ORM tools such as Hibernate/JPA.
• **Preferred / Nice to have:**
• Knowledge of Java + Struts.
• Experience with financial and/or complex systems.
• Familiarity with JasperReports and/or JasperStudio.
• Understanding of UML modeling.
