This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with Partner Brokers.

• Offer training, software consultancy, and support for the Acturis platform and other IT solutions provided by Hedron Network.

• Coordinate with Hedron departments and Partner Brokers to address issues and promote additional Hedron services.

• Assist Partner Brokers in enhancing efficiency, internal processes, and overcoming platform challenges.

• Implement and set up the Acturis system for Partner Brokers.

• Serve as the main contact for broking and accounting-related matters.

• Discover solutions and innovative ideas to enhance Partner Broker operations and Acturis systems.

• Contribute to communications with partners.

• Conduct processes in compliance with TCF and other regulatory standards.

• Inform Partner Brokers of new developments through visits and regular communication.

• Address Partner Broker inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Keep updated on system advancements.

• Develop and revise customized document and report templates.

• Generate system reports and create tailored reports.

• Provide training for both new and existing Partner Brokers.

• Advocate for Hedron Network services when appropriate.

• Achieve annual objectives with a high level of quality.

• Evaluate and pursue opportunities for excellence and growth within team objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Training qualification is preferred.

• Project management qualification is a plus.

• Expertise in Acturis at a 'Guru' level.

• Outstanding training abilities in both classroom and remote settings.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Strong sense of ownership for issues and needs of assigned Partner Brokers.

• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities.

• Effective workload management and organizational skills.

• Ability to recognize customer needs and deliver suitable consultative solutions.

• Proficiency in resolving ad hoc problems and issues promptly.

• Advanced working knowledge of Acturis at a superuser level.

• Familiarity with other Partner Broker back-office systems.

• Experience in the UK general insurance broking industry and its practices.

• Background in UK general insurance broking accounts is advantageous.

• A full UK driving licence is essential.

• Willingness to travel extensively is required.
