Systems Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into precise, actionable system specifications.

• Examine and resolve system issues, pinpointing root causes and implementing effective solutions.

• Record business processes, functional requirements, and technical designs in a manner that is clear and accessible across teams.

• Oversee and assist with small to mid-sized projects, managing timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

• Create and implement test plans to ensure solutions address business needs and perform as intended.

• Work alongside developers and other analysts to enhance solutions and guarantee successful deployment.

• Provide training for end users and develop documentation to facilitate system adoption and ongoing usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a similar field.

• Capability to convert business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify root causes and strategize implementation.

• Experience in documenting processes, functional specifications, and technical designs.

• Familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

• Basic programming or debugging skills, with some exposure to ABAP preferred.

• Excellent communication abilities to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously on moderately complex projects.
