This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establishes and upholds user accounts, roles, tasks, and objects, ensuring appropriate permissions are implemented while preserving system security and data integrity.
• Provides daily support to all users by troubleshooting issues and assisting in solutions through collaboration with system partners to resolve problems.
• Assists the Director with new projects, implementations, upgrades, configurations, testing, and support of systems within a production environment.
• Conducts training sessions for users and participates in the creation of training materials.
• Continuously updates knowledge of new systems to remain informed about the latest technologies.
• Operates efficiently and responds promptly to requests from internal stakeholders, completing tasks on schedule with minimal guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in System Administration with a minimum of three (3) years of experience.
• Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information.
• Familiarity with any of the following:
• MS Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Power BI or other analytical tools
• Office 365
• Power APP/Flows
• Smartsheet
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
