This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Review and enhance AI-generated responses pertaining to system operations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
• Assess outputs for technical precision, dependability, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Create realistic scenarios that encompass incident response, system maintenance, monitoring, automation, and optimization across various environments.
• Evaluate AI reasoning in terms of operational logic, risk management, compliance, and system interdependencies.
• Detect gaps, misinterpretations, or overly simplified analyses in system operations.
• Develop scenario variations from the viewpoints of various stakeholders, including systems administrators, operations managers, DevOps engineers, or compliance officers.
• Professionals in systems operations, administrators, DevOps engineers, SREs, or IT operations managers.
• Located in the EU or UK.
• Possessing significant hands-on experience in system operations, infrastructure management, cloud platforms, or related domains.
• Familiar with incident management, automation, monitoring, security, compliance, and operational best practices.
• Proficient in identifying risks, procedural shortcomings, or compliance challenges in operational scenarios.
• Available for 8 to 20 hours per week.
• Ready to begin in the upcoming weeks.
