System Administrator II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of hardware, network, and infrastructure software.

• Address issues and recommend enhancements.

• Administer authorized access to system resources.

• Offer guidance and support to users for resolving basic inquiries.

• Ensure that the business comprehends the capabilities of applications/websites.

• May lead a help-desk team.

• Manage personal workflow effectively, ensuring tasks are completed to the necessary standards of productivity, quality, and timeliness.

• Investigate and propose technical advancements.

• Assist in implementing essential security measures, including firewalls and message encryption.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.

• Monitors, diagnoses, and resolves issues with technology products.

• Identifies and addresses technical problems according to prescribed solution options.

• Designs, conducts, and reports on systems/service tests to verify that applications function as specified in the requirements.

• Reviews and assesses recommendations and requirements to formulate suitable plans or actions needed.

• Installs, configures, and manages software and environments.

• Sets up and maintains operating systems.

• Ensures the security, integrity, compliance, and continuity of systems/services and information.

• Proficiently utilizes and troubleshoots a diverse range of IT hardware, software, and network systems to guarantee optimal performance and user satisfaction.

• Analyzes trends from collected data to assist in creating reports that facilitate decision-making.

• Skillfully navigates and manages cloud-based infrastructure, including virtual machines, networks, storage, and services.
