This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address escalated tickets from Level 1 and provide resolutions.
• Develop and oversee device policies within Microsoft Intune.
• Enroll, configure, and update Windows devices utilizing Intune and N-able N-central.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenants for various clients.
• Oversee users, licenses, mailboxes, SharePoint sites, and Teams.
• Administer sign-in security measures, including conditional access and multi-factor authentication.
• Respond to security alerts and execute necessary investigation procedures.
• Implement the company's security baseline across all devices.
• Monitor alerts within the security platform and take appropriate actions.
• Adhere to the change management process and report any unusual activities.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for client sites.
• Verify backups and ensure their restoration capability.
• Document tasks and processes as they are completed.
• Escalate issues that exceed the role's authority to Level 3.
• Participate in client calls when written updates do not suffice.
• Operate within Microsoft 365, Intune, and the ticketing system while providing support to businesses across Australia, primarily in property management.
• A minimum of three years in a comparable support position.
• Experience at a managed services provider, engaging with multiple client tenants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Intune, including enrollment, compliance, and application deployment.
• Strong administration skills in Microsoft 365, covering Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Entra ID.
• Troubleshooting capabilities for Windows 11 and Windows Server.
• Knowledge of common security controls and their significance.
• Excellent written English skills; direct correspondence with clients is expected.
• Access to reliable power, internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Self-supplied USB headset with noise cancellation features.
• A functioning webcam.
• A computer with at least a 1.5 GHz processor and a minimum of 8GB RAM.
• Main internet connection speed of at least 50 Mbps via cable.
• Backup internet connection speed of at least 25 Mbps.
• Dual monitor setup.
• Availability from Monday to Friday during Australian Eastern Time.
• Willingness to participate in occasional planned after-hours changes with prior notification.
• Capability to utilize a company-managed device and adhere to its security protocols.
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-300, or AZ-104 are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with ticketing platforms like HaloPSA is beneficial but not required.
• Practical experience with N-able N-central or similar monitoring platforms is a plus, but not essential.
• Experience with backup platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts such as firewalls, switches, and wireless is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to comply with BIR self-registration requirements.
• Availability to work from 7 AM to 4 PM MNL time, Monday to Friday.
