This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
• Assist our premium Swiss clients in the food sector
• Deliver professional customer support for various inquiries and issues
• Serve as the informed first point of contact — especially as a coffee expert
• Proficiency in Swiss German at a minimum C1 level; English at B1 level is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and dedication
• Eagerness to learn and collaborate effectively within a team
• Proficient computer skills
• Steady internet connection for remote work — download: 10 Mbps; upload: 5 Mbps (antenna routers and 5G routers are not allowed)
• Permanent full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross plus a hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net per working day) and transport allowance (60 KM net)
• Full-time contract effective from the first day of training
• Paid 4-week training in our Sarajevo office — accommodation, transport, and all expenses covered by TP B&H
• Chance to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross
• Extra pay for working on public holidays or for voluntary overtime
