This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel Enterprise Expansion
• Create and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at acquiring significant national and regional health plans and TPAs, focusing on net-new logo growth and enterprise development.
• Identify, assess, and secure intricate enterprise opportunities for Valenz Payment Integrity solutions, which include claims review, bill review, and cost containment services.
• Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal development, contract negotiation, and handoff for implementation.
• Keep disciplined pipeline management, precise forecasting, and comprehensive CRM documentation to guarantee revenue visibility and predictability.
• Lead Consultative Sales Engagements
• Conduct consultative sales engagements that align with enterprise priorities such as reducing medical costs, ensuring claims accuracy, adhering to regulatory compliance, and improving operational efficiency.
• Facilitate value-driven sales discussions supported by analytics, ROI modeling, and competitive differentiation in the payment integrity sector.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying environments across Claims, Finance, Actuarial, Network Management, Operations, Procurement, and Executive leadership.
• Create and present executive-level presentations, RFP responses, and finalist pitches that effectively convey measurable financial impacts.
• Build Strategic Relationships
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships (CFO, COO, CIO, SVP of Claims, VP of Network, and other senior leaders) to position Valenz as a strategic ally.
• Collaborate with clinical, analytics, legal, finance, product, and operations teams to craft tailored solutions that satisfy complex client needs.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell possibilities within enterprise clients in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Represent the Market and the Brand
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive activity within the health plan and TPA markets to guide sales strategy.
• Represent Valenz at national conferences, industry forums, and executive networking events to boost brand presence and create strategic opportunities.
• Over 10 years of enterprise sales experience in the healthcare sector, emphasizing complex solution selling to health plans and/or TPAs.
• Demonstrated success in closing large, multi-year enterprise contracts in payment integrity, claims review, bill review, or broader medical cost containment solutions.
• Proven ability to navigate formal RFP processes, procurement negotiations, and intricate contracting environments.
• Established executive-level relationships and credibility with senior payer leaders (CFO, COO, CIO, SVP of Claims, and similar roles).
• Strong comprehension of payer operations, claims workflows, reimbursement models, and medical cost drivers.
• Experience managing lengthy, consultative sales cycles across multi-stakeholder buying groups.
