This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead Full-Funnel Media Strategy
• Collaborate with the team and leadership to take ownership of Pacvue’s AI product strategy encompassing retail media, sponsored ads, DSP products, offsite media, and comprehensive commerce media activation.
• Outline how Pacvue assists brands and agencies in transitioning from channel-specific execution to portfolio-level media decision-making across retailers, marketplaces, and media networks.
• Establish a clear roadmap for the media portfolio, detailing the integration of retail media and DSP capabilities with measurement, automation, AI, reporting, and broader platform workflows.
• Direct Product Vision and Business Impact
• Guide the product vision, prioritization, and execution for Pacvue’s Retail Media and new AI-driven DSP product areas while maintaining our focus on innovation.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI, Product Growth, Product Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver commercially viable and scalable products.
• Influence product decisions across planning, activation, budget management, optimization, pacing, reporting, measurement, and cross-channel performance management.
• Connect product investments to measurable outcomes such as adoption, retention, revenue impact, customer satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and media performance.
• Collaborate Across AI and Product Growth
• With an AI-centric approach, work alongside AI teams to integrate intelligent recommendations, workflow automation, decision support, and optimization into Pacvue’s media products.
• Partner with Product Growth to enhance activation, adoption, usage depth, retention, packaging, and expansion efforts across the media portfolio.
• Ensure that new media capabilities are developed, embraced, comprehended, and linked to measurable customer value.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer
• Serve as an executive product advocate for strategic customers.
• Engage extensively with enterprise brands and agencies to grasp their media investment priorities, workflow gaps, and measurement requirements to formulate compelling and distinctive solutions that differentiate Pacvue from competitors.
• Convert customer feedback into roadmap priorities, product specifications, and strategic investments that enhance our core business and position it for future AI advancements.
• Build trust with customers through robust media expertise, product discernment, and a clear vision for the future of commerce media.
• Lead International Product Teams
• Direct, mentor, inspire, and expand international product teams accountable for crucial aspects of Pacvue’s media portfolio.
• Establish clear ownership, robust execution rhythms, and consistent alignment across regions, time zones, and functions.
• Ensure that the global product strategy is shaped by regional customer needs, market dynamics, and the unique aspects of the retailer ecosystem.
• Represent Pacvue Externally
• Serve as a senior market-facing representative for Pacvue regarding retail media, commerce media, DSP activation, measurement, and AI-driven optimization.
• Support customer advisory boards, executive briefings, strategic partnerships, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Over 15 years of experience in product leadership, retail media, commerce media, ad tech, programmatic, or enterprise media platforms, with direct, hands-on experience in spearheading AI innovation.
• Profound understanding of how brands and agencies plan, implement, measure, and optimize media investments.
• Experience with retail media networks, sponsored ads, DSPs, programmatic media, marketplace advertising, or full-funnel media activation.
• Strong executive presence in customer-facing roles, with experience engaging senior stakeholders from brands, agencies, or retailers.
• Proven track record in leading distributed or international product teams, capable of creating alignment and executing across various time zones, cultures, markets, and functions.
• Commercial instincts with the ability to support sales, renewals, expansions, and strategic customer growth.
• Experience collaborating with AI, Data Science, Product Growth, and GTM teams to drive adoption, automation, optimization, and measurable customer outcomes.
• Capability to effectively partner with Engineering and Data Science on complex platform, automation, measurement, and optimization challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex product and market topics into clear strategic narratives.
• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart Ads, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, AMC, clean rooms, or similar commerce media ecosystems.
• Experience with incrementality, attribution, MMM, budget optimization, or closed-loop media optimization.
• History of scaling a strategic product portfolio from initial traction to enterprise-level adoption.
