This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage facilities operations across more than 25 global offices
• Communicate with building management in locations throughout the US, India, and the UK
• Lead the coordination of emergency responses for office openings, closures, and business continuity
• Oversee office expansions, relocations, renovations, and maintenance activities
• Formulate operational strategies aimed at enhancing productivity and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with IT Security and Health & Safety committees for regular inspections
• Manage the implementation and development of the ServiceNow Facilities module
• Ensure adherence to local laws, safety standards, and company policies
• Handle vendor management, procurement processes, and contract negotiations
• Supervise maintenance, housekeeping, security, access control, fire safety, pest control, and sanitation services
• Organize employee transportation services and schedules
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and facility guidelines
• Monitor facility conditions and strategize improvements
• Recruit and oversee facility staff and third-party service providers
• Maintain records related to maintenance, security access, and operations
• Implement security systems and measures to prevent loss
• Address facility emergencies and critical situations
• Provide leadership and accountability for designated teams and contractors
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained and operational
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A minimum of 12+ years of experience in the industry or a related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations in India
• Experience in budgeting and cost management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
• Familiarity with access control systems, surveillance, and space planning tools
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams
• Willingness to travel between office locations as required for the role
