SVP, Customer Success

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy for upsell and cross-sell initiatives within the publisher network.

• Collaborate with Yield Management and Engineering to design proactive yield strategies.

• Leverage industry data to assess supply quality and performance benchmarks.

• Implement stringent operational standards to early identify "at-risk" publishers.

• Establish a new benchmark for technical expertise across the team.

• Act as the final escalation point for sensitive or critical publisher matters.

• Oversee the activities of VPs, Directors, and Associate Directors, offering mentorship and guidance.

• Define and enhance swimlanes in partnership with Publisher Support, Onboarding, Demand, Yield, and Engineering teams.

• Frequently travel to engage with enterprise-level publishers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience as a Head of Customer Success or in a senior executive leadership role, ideally within an ad tech organization.

• Extensive knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape, including header bidding (Prebid.js), ad serving mechanics (Google Ad Manager), and Supply Path Optimization (SPO).

• Successful history of creating and implementing yield optimization strategies that result in measurable financial growth for publishers.

• Proven experience in managing a multi-tiered leadership team and scaling technical organizations.

• Capability to clarify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders while being able to diagnose issues across web and mobile app environments.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the professional maturity to reassure high-stakes publishers and internal teams.
