This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a detailed B2B marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and sales targets.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-achieving marketing team across various domains (such as demand generation, content, digital, and product marketing).

• Oversee the planning and execution of lead generation initiatives, which include digital campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), email marketing, events, and partnerships.

• Enhance the brand narrative and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms and customer interactions.

• Partner with product teams to establish go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and competitive advantages.

• Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, content, and insights to effectively close deals.

• Utilize data to assess campaign performance, return on investment, funnel conversion, and continuously enhance marketing efforts.

• Collaborate across functions with Line of Business leaders and Executive leadership to ensure alignment of strategies and objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, including a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership capacity.

• Demonstrated success in scaling marketing programs for B2B organizations.

• Extensive knowledge in digital marketing, demand generation, and marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

• Strong expertise in Account-Based Marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and customer lifecycle marketing.

• Background in supporting enterprise sales processes and navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management abilities.

• Data-driven perspective with a solid understanding of key performance indicators.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus.
