This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Propel growth and provide value-oriented solutions to potential clients concerning Novara’s sustainability and environmental software.
• Integrate technical skills, industry insights, and strategic planning to bolster sales initiatives.
• Contribute to the enhancement of products.
• Equip the sales team with high-quality content and explore innovative ways to utilize Novara products.
• Offer technical assistance throughout the sales journey.
• Carry out discovery calls and product demonstrations for active opportunities.
• Inform clients about how Novara can integrate into their safety and compliance framework.
• Oversee the RFP process and manage inquiries and responses.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Sustainability, Environmental, or ESG software sectors.
• At least 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales Engineering within B2B SaaS.
• Profound technical knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical ideas to diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and technical sales tools.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; a background in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
• A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to align the Novara value proposition with prospective clients’ challenges.
• Prior experience and understanding of document generation and business process automation are advantageous.
