This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assist in the coordination and implementation of sustainability programs and initiatives.
• Aid in monitoring project timelines, milestones, and KPIs across various initiatives.
• Help maintain documentation including program plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Collaborate with internal departments (operations, engineering, supply chain, finance) to facilitate project execution.
• Collect, validate, and manage sustainability data, specifically Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions.
• Assist in upkeeping greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories in accordance with the GHG Protocol.
• Analyze data to pinpoint trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
• Aid in the creation of dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to promote initiatives concerning energy efficiency, facility emissions, waste, and water management.
• Assist in assessing sustainability improvement opportunities through basic analysis and research.
• Support the preparation of sustainability disclosures and reports (e.g., SASB, GRI, CSRD).
• Aid in data collection for audits, customer requests, and ESG questionnaires (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis).
• Monitor and summarize new sustainability regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data and assist initiatives.
• Help prepare materials for leadership updates and external communications.
• Contribute to internal efforts for sustainability awareness and engagement.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sustainability, data analysis, operations, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Experience handling data (Excel, dashboards, or equivalent tools).
• Basic knowledge of sustainability concepts (GHG emissions, ESG, or climate-related frameworks).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to travel for work 25-30% of the time.
