Survey Programming Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and script intricate, multi-national surveys utilizing top-tier programming platforms.

• Evaluate client questionnaires and logic specifications, providing guidance on survey layout, routing, and user engagement.

• Perform extensive QA testing on programmed surveys, ensuring accuracy in logical pathways, quotas, skip patterns, and device compatibility.

• Oversee backend survey data management and guarantee the delivery of clean, correctly formatted data in SPSS, Excel, CSV, and other formats.

• Identify and fix technical scripting issues, link tracking problems, and respondent flow obstacles during active fieldwork.

• Work in tandem with internal Project Managers and client-side researchers to clarify project requirements and offer timeline updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of direct survey programming experience within a market research, panel, or data collection setting.

• Advanced expertise in leading survey programming platforms such as Decipher, Qualtrics, Alchemer, or comparable ResTech tools.

• Proficient understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Python or XML is highly desirable.

• Outstanding analytical and quality assurance capabilities.

• Proven history of delivering accurate, error-free survey logic and data files.
