Survey Programmer

📋 Description

• The Decipher Survey Programmer is tasked with programming market research studies based on client materials, aiming to meet and surpass client expectations regarding the integrity of collected data, adherence to the agreed timeline, and budget.

• This role involves contributing to the enhancement of overall departmental efficiency by following current best practices and potentially aiding in the development of new best practices.

• The individual collaborates closely with other programmers and project managers and may engage directly with clients on select projects.

• The programmer is fully accountable for the development of online surveys and conducts thorough reviews of client materials.

• High-quality surveys are delivered based on client materials.

• The programmer addresses amendments during the quality assurance and client testing phases.

• Aiming to exceed client satisfaction, the programmer proactively suggests design enhancements to ensure panelist comprehension.

• Programming timelines are consistently met.

• Data issues are resolved in the most timely and comprehensive manner.

• Custom solutions are developed in direct collaboration with clients.

• The survey is prepared for deployment, and a link is set up to track progress in the field.

• The programmer collaborates with Data Processing to fulfill client deliverable requirements, such as working on dashboards and specific data needs.

• There is an effort to improve processes by undertaking tasks that enhance capabilities, efficiency, skill sets, and competitive advantage in the marketplace.

• Time is spent reporting to and receiving information from their manager, while also keeping up with the latest technologies in the field of data collection.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expert knowledge of Decipher is essential (minimum of 3 years required).

• Experience in market research, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector (minimum of 2 years required).

• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML programming.

• Exceptional capability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

• Creativity and a willingness to learn new techniques are crucial.

• A strong commitment to accuracy and integrity, ensuring tasks are done correctly from the outset.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to think creatively.

• Must be organized, self-motivated, and self-directed.

• Adherence to established processes and standards is required.
