Survey Party Chief – Crew Chief

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects from their inception to completion, engaging with clients and team members on technical aspects.

• Operate within established project parameters and financial plans.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow project team members.

• Assess the outcomes of field surveys.

• Confirm the precision of field survey information.

• Prioritize Safety and Health above all else.

• Guide and support less experienced staff, providing training on company protocols.

• Utilize electronic total station instruments for operations.

• Primarily conduct fieldwork related to control and topographic surveys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school education or its equivalent.

• A minimum of five years of surveying experience, including at least three years in a party chief role.

• Expertise in operating total stations, GPS receivers, and data collection devices.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.

• Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a record that is insurable.
