This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• We are searching for skilled Surveillance Officers to assist an Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) client as part of a specialized protective security program.
• This position is distinct from a traditional Close Protection role. We seek highly competent surveillance experts capable of discreetly identifying, monitoring, and evaluating potential threats while working as part of a broader protective security team.
• Successful candidates will be tasked with planning and executing covert surveillance operations, collecting intelligence to facilitate informed operational decision-making, and identifying hostile reconnaissance or suspicious activities before they escalate into a threat.
• The role may involve travel across the UK and occasional international assignments, including overnight stays based on operational demands.
• This position offers flexibility regarding the location of candidates within the UK; however, selected applicants must be willing to travel at short notice as operational needs arise.
• Given the responsive nature of the role, applicants should not have conflicting full-time employment or other commitments that could hinder their ability to deploy as needed. A high degree of flexibility, professionalism, and operational readiness is crucial.
• Key Responsibilities
• - Execute covert foot and mobile surveillance operations.
• - Provide protective surveillance in support of client movements, residences, and scheduled activities.
• - Recognize hostile reconnaissance, suspicious behavior, and individuals of concern.

• - Collect, document, and accurately report intelligence and operational observations.
• - Maintain continuous situational awareness while operating discreetly and professionally.
• - Collaborate effectively with Close Protection Officers, Residential Security Teams, and wider protective security personnel.
• - Employ surveillance techniques to assist in threat assessments and operational planning.
• - Create clear, concise, and accurate written reports following deployments.
• - Operate within legal, ethical, and client confidentiality requirements at all times.
• - Manage surveillance equipment and ensure operational readiness.
• - Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and personal conduct.
• Essential Requirements

• - Experience as part of a professional multidisciplinary security team.
• - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• - Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and decisive under pressure.
• - Full UK driving licence with an unblemished driving record.
• - Willingness to travel throughout the UK and internationally when necessary.
• - Capacity to maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
• Desirable Experience
• - SIA Close Protection Licence.
• - Previous involvement with UK Police Surveillance Units.

• - Background in UK Special Forces or specialist military surveillance.

• In addition to a competitive day rate, consultants engaged in this project will enjoy a variety of deployment-related support and amenities, including:
• - High-quality accommodation provided throughout the deployment period.
• - Access to excellent on-site facilities, including a fully equipped gym and recreational areas.
• - Daily meals prepared by a private chef, ensuring a diverse and nutritious dining experience.
