Surgeon – AI Trainer, Freelance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assess and enhance AI-generated content related to surgical procedures, documentation, risk management, and the practicalities of surgical practice.

• Analyze AI outputs for clinical precision, practicality, and adherence to actual surgical standards.

• Construct realistic surgical scenarios based on your firsthand professional experience.

• Develop scenario variations from various viewpoints (e.g., surgeon, patient, surgical nurse, or regulator).

• Detect gaps, omissions, or flawed reasoning in AI-generated surgical materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• A senior surgeon with extensive professional experience in the EU or UK.

• Proficient in advising on, preparing, and performing surgical procedures and documentation.

• Experienced in assessing clinical methodologies, compliance, and record-keeping.

• Able to work independently while providing structured, critical feedback.

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt responsiveness.
