• Prior experience or a keen interest in assisting the elderly and individuals with care and support needs.
• Capability to effectively support clients.
• A compassionate demeanor paired with exceptional communication abilities.
• Ability to function both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Relevant qualifications in health or social care are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Dependable and flexible, with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
