Support Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized support within clients' residences.

• Assist with personal care while ensuring dignity and fostering independence.

• Aid in medication management in accordance with care plans and policies.

• Promote and facilitate access to community resources, social activities, and inclusion.

• Establish positive relationships that contribute to wellbeing and confidence.

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks and skills for independent living.

• Keep precise and accurate records.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and family members when appropriate.

• Work with children, young people, or vulnerable adults while adhering to safeguarding protocols.

• Experience in supporting individuals who are neurodivergent and/or have learning disabilities.

• A sincere commitment to providing tailored, person-centered care.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

• Valid UK driving license.

• Access to your own vehicle.

• Minimum entry-level experience required.

• Enhanced DBS check mandatory.

• Must not be disqualified from working in regulated activities involving the relevant vulnerable group.
