Support Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Assist and support clients with all their personal care requirements

• Provide companionship by actively listening to clients

• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health conditions

• Aid clients with food and beverages

• Respond effectively to emergency situations

• Promptly administer and manage medication

• Accompany clients to appointments and social gatherings

• Encourage clients to engage in hobbies and other activities

• Adhere to safeguarding responsibilities while assisting children, young individuals, or vulnerable adults

• Comply with codes of conduct, ethical standards, safeguarding policies, and expected behaviors

• A compassionate and caring demeanor

• An empathetic, caring, and driven approach

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities

• Authorized to work in the UK

• Enhanced DBS check is mandatory

• Must not be prohibited from working in Regulated Activity with the relevant vulnerable group

• Capability to fulfill safeguarding duties when interacting with children, young individuals, or vulnerable adults
