This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate closely with product end users to deliver exceptional support and customer service.
• Offer basic technical assistance to clients through email, phone, or other virtual channels.
• Maintain a foundational understanding of the organization’s products and services.
• Respond promptly and effectively to requests received via the help desk.
• Provide support across multiple products and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Aid in platform and server upgrades.
• Assist with network challenges related to our software.
• High School Diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Office, Workstation, Server SQL).
• Preferred completion of college-level courses or vocational training, with a focus on Computer Science.
• Experience with Electronic Content Management is preferred.
• Desktop Support experience is preferred.
• General knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
• Strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to provide remote support to clients.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn and support technical systems and applications.
