This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Carry out installations, preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs of products
• Implement software and hardware updates or upgrades
• Conduct product verifications and calibrations
• Execute routine troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Read, analyze, and interpret network diagrams, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Complete every installation or service task efficiently and in a timely manner
• Keep customers informed about their requests and minimize downtime
• Build and maintain a professional and strong customer relationship
• Educate customers and staff on the proper use of products and services
• Accurately perform and document all mandatory administrative tasks in accordance with Brainlab policies in a timely manner
• Actively embrace the team approach on both regional and European levels
• Stay current with assigned training, retraining, and certifications
• Keep informed about developments concerning Brainlab and competitive products and services
• Provide exceptional customer service
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering/Technology, Medical Technology, or a technical or IT-related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
• Ability to self-plan, organize, and implement all service activities
• Capable of working effectively as part of a team or independently
• Willingness to travel within the Scandinavian region and internationally
• Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish/Danish/Norwegian); knowledge of Finnish is an advantage
• Familiarity with IT networks and server environments is also a significant plus
