This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will serve as a subject-matter and platform authority.
• You are the main point of contact for clients who have selected Pennylane as their primary accounting and financial management software.
• You engage with users on a daily basis to comprehend the challenges they face.
• After thorough investigation, your aim is to provide a resolution or answer to the user, or, if necessary, escalate the issue to the technical teams.
• You are also tasked with helping company accountants and accounting firms onboard their data into Pennylane to streamline migration.
• As a key member of the Application and Technical Support team, you act as the central liaison between our client executives, their in-house accountants, and external accounting firms.
• An accounting qualification (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS in SME management assistance, Master CCA, or Bachelor in Administration and Accounting).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm (preferably having completed at least three fiscal periods).
• Experience working directly with company executives is an advantage (e.g., in-house advisory).
• A keen interest in innovative work tools and emerging technologies.
• Independence and the ability to resolve issues autonomously and find solutions.
• Familiarity with the Pennylane platform is an added benefit.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong written communication capabilities and a pedagogical approach to interact with users in a clear and professional manner.
• Ability to understand and fulfill client needs, deliver outstanding service, and sustain robust client relationships.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to the rapid changes of the platform.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated on product developments.
