This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide first- and second-level support for our ERP software, with a focus on financial accounting and payroll.
• Analyze, categorize, and handle support requests using the ticketing system.
• Identify issues and offer solutions via phone, email, and remote access.
• Plan, prepare, implement, and test software updates and new program releases.
• Document support cases, solutions, and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for end users.
• Assist with ERP implementations, updates, and subprojects.
• Collaborate closely with development, consulting, and internal specialist departments.
• Completed commercial training (e.g., accounting clerk, tax clerk) or an equivalent qualification.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, payroll).
• Desirable experience in IT support, user support, or an ERP environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL (Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle) is advantageous.
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.
• A service-oriented and customer-focused work style.

• Ability to work independently, with a sense of responsibility and teamwork.
