• Delivering first-line, non-technical support in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Assisting veterinary clients while ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
• Recording and managing all interactions meticulously.
• Keeping customers informed and updated on the status of their inquiries.
• Performing initial troubleshooting and gathering comprehensive information to thoroughly understand issues.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including technical support, to guarantee timely resolutions.
• Cultivating strong product knowledge to confidently assist customers and recommend best practices.
• Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort in using live chat as the primary means of communication.
• A veterinary background (e.g., RVN) is highly desirable, though not essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a clear and supportive demeanor.
• A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to processes accurately.
