This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Handle Inbound Calls & SMS: Engage with pet owners with kindness, understanding, and efficiency—assisting with appointment inquiries, rescheduling, and urgent requirements.
• Vet and Confirm Online Bookings: Examine, validate, and finalize online appointment requests, ensuring that all details adhere to Barkbus’ standards for pet safety and client satisfaction.
• Support Rescheduling: Collaborate closely with clients to accommodate their changing schedules, discovering solutions that bring joy and reduce inconvenience for everyone involved.
• Respond to Email Inquiries: Deliver prompt, clear, and precise responses to general inquiries and support requests via our info@ inbox.
• Assist Pet Stylists via SMS: Serve as the reliable point of contact for our mobile grooming professionals, offering real-time support and solutions to ensure their day proceeds smoothly.
• Operate with Accuracy: Carefully document every interaction in our systems to guarantee seamless service, follow-up, and coordination within the team.
• Background in customer support, client relations, or a related field
• Proficiency in utilizing various communication channels (phone, SMS, email)
