This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
β’ Empathetic and prompt support for users.
β’ Assistance in resolving inquiries and issues via chats and emails.
β’ Management of feedback on App Store and Google Play.
β’ Analysis and optimization of processes within the support team.
β’ Documentation and escalation of bugs to the relevant teams.
β’ Maintenance of the external knowledge base's relevance.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in customer support.
β’ Proficient in handling tickets and emails.
β’ Command of English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
β’ Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes of problems, and quickly propose effective solutions.
β’ Knowledge of SQL will be an advantage for query analysis.
