This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver remote technical assistance to customers and Customer Service Engineers working with Siemens MR equipment.
• Issue notifications to Customer Service Engineers and create effective action plans.
• Utilize remote diagnostics to identify and rectify technical issues.
• Adhere to the escalation process and engage with HSC/QIB to facilitate solutions.
• Travel as needed to support on-site repairs of customer equipment.
• Provide insights to the factory concerning system performance.
• Be prepared to work the second shift and be available for on-call duties when required.
• An associate's degree or 2 years of vocational technical training is mandatory.
• Over 8 years of experience working with MR systems is required.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely using Siemens Remote Services.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
