This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Direct Support: Interact directly with students to assist with their needs via phone, email, and online chats.
• Community Engagement: Promote and sustain student-to-student communication, creating a nurturing learning community.
• Instructor Liaison: Facilitate clear and effective communication between students and instructors.
• Live Class Assistance: Provide real-time support to both instructors and students during live classes to ensure a smooth educational experience.
• Issue Resolution: Actively address and resolve student issues, including technical difficulties, to guarantee uninterrupted learning.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related discipline is preferred.
• High Cognitive Skills: Capacity to engage intellectually with our students, showcasing a thorough understanding of our advanced educational products.
• Language Proficiency: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Technical Skills: Must have a comprehensive understanding of contemporary online business technologies to efficiently navigate various platforms and tools vital to the role. Proficiency in Asana, CRM tools such as HubSpot, Google Sheets, Zoom, along with the capability to perform minor technical troubleshooting is necessary.
• Presentation Skills: You should be polished and confident on Zoom, prepared to lead student meetings.
• Time Management: Ability to effectively manage time and resources, particularly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
