Support Representative / Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist customers with their inquiries.

• Create support articles and tutorials.

• Deliver one-on-one online demonstrations, client training, and webinars.

• Identify sales opportunities.

• Work in collaboration with the development team to resolve issues.

• Partner with the product team by sharing customer insights.

• Engage in projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

• English proficiency: Bilingual.

• Highly organized individual.

• Currently studying technology, marketing, or design.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in support or a related role.
