Support Operator – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with esports tournament organizers to ensure the accurate configuration of content for GRID to collect and distribute official data.

• Monitor live esports data feeds to guarantee accuracy, integrity, and seamless delivery to clients.

• Identify and address real-time data discrepancies, delays, or feed issues, escalating matters when necessary.

• Engage directly with clients through email, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and Teams to resolve operational or data-related inquiries.

• Assist in enhancing the GRID product suite based on customer feedback and recognized defects.

• Document and track issues related to data quality and processes.

• Collaborate with tournament organizers, game publishers, and customers before, during, and after esports tournaments.

• Identify, document, and report on technical and data issues.

• Contribute daily to the knowledge base for employees, partners, and customers.

• Continuously expand knowledge of esports titles and GRID products to improve service quality and decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong customer-centric mindset.

• Passion for competitive video games, including CS2, Valorant, Dota 2, and PUBG.

• Understanding of esports tournament structures, formats, and regulations.

• Previous experience in customer-facing support roles.

• Proficiency in using Slack, GSuite, Discord, and Teams.

• Basic knowledge of computer science is an advantage.

• Availability to work shifts and weekends if necessary.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.

• Ability to work within the European timezone.

• Capability to work on a B2B contract.
