This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will join the Pennylane Academy, where you will receive continuous training on our product and the team's operations.
• You will acquire comprehensive knowledge about our company, its vision, and the various departments.
• You will learn to identify stakeholders and collaborate effectively within your team as well as with other departments.
• You will begin addressing accounting-related inquiries: receiving requests, assessing them based on a solid understanding of accounting principles, and providing prompt, impactful responses.
• You will gain independence and take full responsibility for cases, ensuring thorough follow-up of requests until ticket resolution to guarantee user satisfaction.
• You will start managing increasingly complex client inquiries.
• You will contribute to the creation and updating of help materials available to clients to enhance their autonomy.
• You will share your accounting expertise and field experience with your colleagues.
• You will act as the customer's voice and provide constructive feedback to the product teams based on their usage.
• You will become a product expert and enhance your team’s efficiency by identifying areas for improvement.
• You will take ownership and lead projects that are meaningful to you and foster your growth.
• A degree in accounting (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS in SME Management Assistance, Master's in Accounting and Audit (CCA), or Bachelor's in Administrative and Accounting Management).
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an accounting firm (preferably having worked through at least three fiscal periods).
• Experience working directly with a company founder/manager is advantageous (e.g., in-house advisory).
• A keen interest in innovative work tools and new technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously, solving problems independently and finding effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Strong writing skills and a pedagogical approach to interact with users clearly and professionally.
• Capability to understand and respond to client needs, delivering excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to the rapid evolution of the product.
• Desire to learn and stay updated with product developments.
