This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Ensure that our clients' technology operates seamlessly.
• Become the trusted expert for our clients by troubleshooting Windows devices and Microsoft 365.
• Take ownership of client communications, fostering relationships and managing expectations.
• Oversee the ticket queue, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing warm transfer escalations.
• Contribute to a knowledge base by creating and enhancing useful documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and vendors to facilitate incident resolution.
• Collaborate with team members during meetings and training sessions, promoting accountability and customer support.
• Practical experience in troubleshooting, configuring, and managing Microsoft technologies, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP.
• Proven understanding of advanced networking concepts and the capability to troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi networks.
• A commitment to exceptional customer service, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and de-escalate challenging situations.
• A history of developing substantial internal documentation that supports team growth and learning.
• Experience with Remote Access Solutions, including Remote Desktop and RemoteApps.
