This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• You will join the Pennylane Academy, where you will receive training on our products and team dynamics.
• You will gain a comprehensive understanding of our company, its vision, and the various departments.

• You will start addressing accounting-related inquiries: receiving queries, assessing them based on a solid grasp of accounting principles, and delivering prompt, impactful responses.
• You will gain independence and take full ownership of requests, ensuring thorough follow-up until tickets are completely resolved to ensure user satisfaction.
• You will begin managing increasingly complex client requests.
• You will contribute to the creation and updating of help resources available to clients to enhance their autonomy.
• You will share your accounting expertise and field experiences with colleagues.
• You will advocate for customers and their usage, providing constructive feedback to product teams.
• You will become a product expert, enhancing your team’s efficiency by identifying areas for improvement.
• You will take initiative and lead projects that you are passionate about, contributing to your professional growth.
• A background in accounting (BTS CGO, DCG, BTS Assistant de Gestion PME-PMI, Master CCA, or a Bachelor in Administration and Accounting).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting firm (preferably with at least three completed fiscal periods).
• Direct experience working with a business owner is advantageous (e.g., internal advisory).
• A keen interest in innovative work tools and new technologies.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently while finding effective solutions.
• Familiarity with Pennylane is a plus.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Strong written communication and teaching abilities to interact with users in a clear and professional manner.
• Capability to understand and meet client needs, deliver exceptional service, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to rapid changes within the tool.
• A willingness to learn and stay informed on product developments.
