This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Provide technical consulting to clients and partners to ensure successful onboarding, configuration, and utilization of our solutions.
• Deliver ongoing technical support services, address issues, and guarantee prompt resolutions.
• Utilize the ticketing system to monitor and respond to alerts, manage escalations, and communicate effectively with other technical and sales teams.
• Support PreSales TechOps and other technical groups in architecture, deployment, and best practices.
• Proven experience in technical support, customer engineering, or a comparable client-facing technical position.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities with a knack for swiftly diagnosing issues.
• Experience in supporting web backend systems.
• Fundamental knowledge of Linux command line is essential.
• Familiarity with Apache and NGINX web servers is necessary.
• Working knowledge of hosting panels (cPanel/WHM, Plesk, etc.) is advantageous.
• Experience with ModSecurity is a bonus.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian software suite is a plus.
• Proficient in written and spoken English (additional languages are a benefit).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
• Comfortable working in a remote, dynamic, and international setting. Professional fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required, along with proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, Portuguese, or Spanish.
