Support Engineer, Telephony

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Set up telephony systems at client locations

• Manage support tickets independently

• Offer telephone assistance during high-demand hours

• Work in partnership with the Development and Customer Success teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with telephony systems (e.g., Placetel, Sipgate, 3CX, Starface)

• Methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills during critical situations

• Proficient in German

• Eagerness to learn and a growth-oriented mindset
