Support Engineer – Mid/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the reliability and advancement of a vital Data and Business Intelligence environment

• Offer assistance for operational processes, investigate incidents, and resolve intricate issues

• Maintain the accessibility of analytical solutions

• Identify root causes, rectify defects, and promote ongoing enhancements in current processes and code.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server

• Proficient SQL skills for both development and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

• Experience with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services)

• Background in traditional Microsoft BI environments

• Experience in supporting and investigating failures in ETL processes

• Capability to read, maintain, and develop existing code

• Analytical and investigative mindset with a strong problem-solving approach

• Ability to operate independently in critical environments

• Preferred: knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices

• Experience in supporting enterprise Data and BI environments

• Experience in monitoring and continually improving data integration processes.
