This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Act as the primary contact for IT support inquiries from Zapier's global workforce.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware (Mac), software, and access problems for our team members.
• Manage user accounts as part of the onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Recognize recurring issues and create runbooks, help articles, and self-service materials to minimize the volume of repeated tickets.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing IT support in a corporate setting, including practical Okta administration.
• Familiarity with macOS is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate through uncertainty.
