Support Engineer – AWS, Azure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Conduct analyses and diagnostic activities in the event of issues or service disruptions;

• Perform maintenance and evolution tasks for clients' AWS & AZURE cloud infrastructures;

• Collaborate with tickets opened by clients and internal teams regarding incidents or change requests;

• Implement and monitor alerts and metrics on clients' infrastructures;

• Availability to be on-call remotely.

⛳️ Requirements

• Italian residency;

• Fluent knowledge of both English and Italian, spoken and written;

• Familiarity with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and non-relational databases (MongoDB);

• Understanding of web servers and application servers;

• Knowledge of infrastructure automation techniques and CI/CD tools;

• Experience with Amazon AWS & AZURE Cloud;

• Proficiency in Infrastructure As Code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform);

• Understanding of networking and security (TCP/IP stack, Kerberos authentication, SSL);

• Familiarity with major Linux distributions (installation and configuration);

• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash and/or Python;

• Knowledge of CI/CD systems (Gitlab, Jenkins, Nexus, GitHub, etc.);

• AWS & AZURE Certified Solution Architect and/or AWS & AZURE Certified Sysops Administrator certification (preferred).
