AI Developer, PL/SR, .NET, AWS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate throughout the entire development cycle (design → build → test → deploy → operate) with AI assistance.

• Utilize agents and automation to perform multi-step tasks efficiently.

• Organize inputs (prompts, specifications) to direct and manage AI effectively.

• Integrate with engineering tools such as Git, CI/CD, and observability platforms.

• Assess the quality and safety of outputs generated by AI.

• Grasp the architecture behind the solutions produced, beyond merely operating the tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in backend development using .NET (REST APIs, microservices).

• Skilled in messaging and asynchronous processing (Kafka, SQS, event-driven architectures).

• Extensive knowledge of AWS Cloud services (S3, EC2, Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.).

• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Understanding of distributed systems architecture (DDD, decoupling, resilience, scalability).

• Commitment to software quality (unit and integration testing, best practices).

• Awareness of AI-focused methodologies (SDD, AI-DLC, etc.).

• Advanced experience in utilizing AI for development (code generation, testing, refactoring, debugging).

• Capability in building agents (multi-step workflows, tool utilization, planning and execution).

• Development of reusable skills and composition of capabilities.

• Integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks.

• Orchestration of workflows involving multiple agents or a combination of human and agent interactions.

• Integration with tools (Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, observability).

• Critical analysis of AI outputs (quality, safety, consistency).
