This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver prompt and effective technical assistance to clients through Zendesk, email, phone, and remote sessions.
• Execute software installations and upgrades, along with configuring and tuning data replication.
• Diagnose data replication issues and offer solutions to customers.
• Cultivate and sustain technical knowledge of our data replication products and associated technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Over 2 years of experience in database administration.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong orientation towards customer service.
• More than 2 years of experience with big data and data warehouse technologies.
• Solid understanding of networking principles.
