This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
• Carry out installations, service, and support visits at customer and dealer sites
• Organize and deliver installation and technical training sessions for dealerships
• Manage customer support inquiries via email and phone in partnership with the support team
• Assist with warranty claim administration and process Non-Conformance Report (NCR) documentation
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure effective information sharing and execution
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high levels of customer satisfaction
• A proactive “can-do” mindset and eagerness to learn
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with heavy equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• High attention to detail and a structured, professional approach to work
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Prior experience in a similar technical support or field service position is a plus
