This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Oversee, troubleshoot, and maintain platform reliability utilizing tools such as Splunk and Zabbix.

• Create and improve monitoring functionalities for AWS Amazon Connect CCaaS platforms.

• Work collaboratively with developers, architects, and platform stakeholders.

• Engage in application design discussions to establish comprehensive interaction visibility.

• Diagnose and resolve production incidents effectively.

• Collaborate with vendor teams to enhance operational efficiencies.

• Create and sustain Amazon CloudWatch dashboards.

• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and document troubleshooting procedures.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in CCaaS environments.

• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, ALBs, Amazon Connect, and CloudWatch.

• Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or PowerShell.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or a related discipline.
