Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Oversee and set up voice recording systems

• Guarantee adherence to internal protocols and external regulatory requirements

• Work in partnership with internal support teams and key stakeholders

• Deliver comprehensive support across L1–L3 functions

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities
