This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver L2/L3 support for incoming requests related to Salesforce, Workday, and other supported platforms.
• Address general user inquiries and clarify system configurations and their operational behaviors.
• Manage light feature and configuration updates, including modifications to fields, picklists, objects, and related platform settings.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve platform issues and bugs, including integration challenges and failed scheduled jobs.
• Triage and prioritize support tickets, taking ownership of issues until resolution with clear and timely communication.
• Escalate matters to administrators or engineering teams when more in-depth technical intervention is required, ensuring follow-through to closure.
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and support processes to enhance internal knowledge sharing and minimize repeat tickets.
• Practical experience in supporting or administering Salesforce, including working with objects, fields, picklists, and common platform configurations.
• Proficient knowledge of Workday and the capability to troubleshoot platform-related issues with assurance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities, with a background in reproducing, isolating, and resolving bugs.
• Familiarity with integration-related issues, APIs, or troubleshooting scheduled/batch jobs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to convey technical details to end users.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to independently manage a diverse queue of requests.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
