Support Analyst – Senior, Veeva Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer support and maintenance for regulated corporate settings in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industries;

• Ensure that systems and processes adhere to regulations and validation standards relevant to regulated environments;

• Conduct configuration, support, and troubleshooting in Windows-based corporate settings;

• Assist in managing requests, incidents, and changes via ticketing tools and established procedures;

• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication between technical and business domains;

• Perform other routine responsibilities within the department.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors;

• Familiarity with GxP;

• Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11;

• Knowledge of Annex 11;

• Expertise in validation processes within regulated settings;

• Extensive experience in configuring and troubleshooting Windows-based corporate environments;

• Experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow;

• Understanding of Request Management processes;

• Knowledge of Incident Management processes;

• Familiarity with Change Management processes;

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;

• Capability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences;

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within global, cross-functional teams;

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with documentation tools;

• Knowledge of version control systems.
